Our almond trees grow in the Tiétar Valley, protected in a temperate microclimate and irrigated by melting snow from the Sierra de Gredos, believed to be the purest water in Spain. A setting where the climate marks the rhythms of almond production.

Our exquisite homegrown almonds are combined with egg yolk to create this exquisite turron which, when caramelised with sugar, obtains its characteristic golden colour, unique flavour and smooth texture.
