Puff pastry stuffed with turron and figs cream, crispy of caramel and sliced turron

Ingredients for 6 people
200 g El Almendro tender turron
200 g puff pastry sheet
200 g whipped cream
8 fresh figs
100 g sugar
50 ml water
8g icing sugar
Instructions
Put the whipped cream and pieces of tender turron in a bowl, with the help of electric whisks, whip the cream and set aside.
Put the tender turron cream in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Cut the figs in 4 pieces and set them aside.
In a frying pan, cook to medium-high heat the sugar and the water until the sugar melts and you get a golden caramel.
Pour the hot caramel on a silicone surface or baking paper and let it cool. When cool and solid, chop it in small pieces.
Stretch the puff pastry sheet in floured surface and cut in medium circles.
Place the puff pastry in a tray and bake it for 20 minutes in a preheated oven, or till is golden and crunchy.
Put a spoonful of turron cream in the bottom of each puff pastry.
Add some figs onto the turron cream.
Decorate each puff pastry with pieces of cut up turron and the crunchy caramel.
