Ingredients for 2 people
For the salad:
200 g lamb’s lettuce
200 g pear
40 g pomegranate grains
80 g crumbled feta cheese
30 g walnuts, toasted and chopped
For the turron dressing:
150 g El Almendro tender turron
15 ml olive oil
5 ml balsamic vinegar
5 g Dijon mustard
2 g salt
2 g pepper
Instructions
In a food processor, mix the tender turron, the olive oil, the balsamic vinegar and the Dijon mustard until you get a smooth and homogeneous mix.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. If the dressing is too thick, add some water to get the wanted consistency.
Cut the pear in slices and dipped them in water with lemon drops to prevent rust.
Toast the walnuts in a frying pan until they’re golden and then cub the slices.
In a big bowl, combined the lamb’s lettuce, the pears, the pomegranate grains and the crumbled feta cheese.
Pour the turron dressing in the salad and mix it.
Sprinkle the toasted walnuts on top as the final touch.
