Turron Selection Cosecha Propia

Variety of portions Cosecha Propia: Caramel turron, Crunchy turron and Crocanti turron. Carefully made with almonds from our fields in Tiétar river.

Ingredients:

TRADITIONAL MARZIPAN WITH EGG YOLK AND LEMON: Selected and toasted almonds with skin (Spain) 40%, Sugar, candied egg yolk (Spain) 22% (egg yolk, sugar, glucose syrup, stabiliser: xanthan gum, preservative: sorbic acid and acidifier: citric acid), lemon powder 2% (maltodextrin, concentrated lemon juice, natural lemon flavouring), water, preservative: acid: sorbic and natural lemon flavouring. May contain milk and other nuts (waltnuts).

CRUNCHY ALMOND TURRON: Selected almonds (Spain) 70%, Honey 14.7% Sugar, Wafer (Potato starch and sunflower oil) and egg white. May contain peanuts, milk, sesame, other nuts (Hazelnuts and Walnuts).

MARZIPAN TURRON WITH RASPBERRY: Marzipan paste 81.8% (almond (Spain) 45%, Sugar, water, glucose and fructose syrup, preservative: sorbic acid, acid: citric acid), raspberry preparation 16% (concentrated applesauce, raspberry juice concentrate, gelling agent: pectins, citrus fiber, elderberry juice concentrate, natural aroma), freeze-dried raspberry 2%, colorant; carmine. May contain other nuts (waltnuts), milk and eggs.

CREAMY ALMOND TURRON WITH CHOCOLATE: Creamy almond turron 90% (Almond (Spain) 70%, Honey, Sugar, egg white, stabiliser: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), chocolate 10% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin. Cocoa 44% minimum).
