Pieces of crunchy turron in ginger and caramel cups

Ingredients for 4 people

100 g El Almendro crunchy turron
200 g biscuits
100 g melted butter
3 g ginger powder
240 ml whipped cream
100 ml caramel

Instructions

Crush the biscuits in a food processor or smash them till you get fine crumbs.
In a bowl, mix the biscuit crumbs with the melted butter and the ginger powder until a dough is formed.
Divide the mixture into the cups, pressing firmly into the bottom to create the base of the cups.
Put the cups into the refrigerator and leave them for 10 minutes.
In a huge bowl, beat the whipped cream until it stands up in smooth peaks.
Add pieces of crunchy turron to the whipped cream and mixed it gently until is evenly combined.
Take the cups out of the refrigerator and pour a layer of the whipped cream mix on the biscuit base.
Then, place some caramel onto the cream and spread pieces of crunchy turron.
Set the cups in the refrigerator at least for an hour, or until they are cool and solid.
